Consumer was at a stop, another vehicle came out suddenly hit consumer. Driver's front fender air bags deployed, exploded out, saw smoke, caused injuries concussion in neck/burns on face/ fractures on arms between elbow and hands/thumb is paralized. Passenger received slight injuries, chest compression/slight concussion in neck. Appraisal company is inspecting vehicle. This defct caused serious injuries.
