While driving at 55 mph on wet pavement vehicle accelerated, causing the consumer to lose control and hit some trees.

Consumer states that the cruise control went out, causing the accelerator to go down to the floor. The dealer disconnected the cruise control cables. Owner states that vehicle is still not repaired.

Consumer put gear into reverse and car accelerated, so she suddenly put gear into drive and it accelerated also. Then vehicle crashed into a pole. No pressure was applied to gas. Car was totaled.
