Ever time when consumer starts vehicle it revved just as if consumer's foot was on the accelerator. When consumer's foot was not touching the accelerator, if the engine was not revving it sounded like the engine died. Vehicle will not go into drive at times, when consumer started engine it made a ticking noise. Vehicle had many other problems, too many problems to count.
