A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

I bought a 2012 Mitsubshi Lancer in Fayetteville, NC. I had the car custom ordered with ALL of the "bells and whisltes." (Leather heated seats, sound system, fin, GPS, bluetooth, hands free devices with all the controls on the steering wheel, USB for music, etc....)

My "ISSUE" with my car is that my controls on the steering wheel DO NOT work very well. Well, they work when they want too? The GPS, Steering wheel controls and USB are somehow connected to each other. The GPS works GREAT. But it is the steering wheel buttoms and the USB that are pretty much messed up. I have taken my car back to the dealer several times and NO one there knows anything about the system because it is "new?" They referred me to a company that deals with Mitsubshi Navigation systems called Johnsons Technology. Well, Johnson's company swears that it is my Smart Phone (Windows Phone) that is causing ALL of these issues with my car.

I disagree! I have had two phones since buying the car. I had issues with the steering wheel buttoms from day one and before I even connected my phone to the bluetooth system. However..........Once I do delete my phone and re-add it to the bluetooth system, it does work 100% like it should but only for 3-4 days. My smart phone cost $600+ and the "Johnson Company and the Mitsubshi Dealership" BOTH suggest that I get rid of my AWESOME smart phone and buy a sh*tty ass APPLE IPHONE!!!! I do not want to get a new phone because the one I have is NEW! Why in the hell do I need to buy a different phone to work with my brand new car? Shouldn't this "bluetooth system" work with ALL phones?

My husband has a 2009 Ford with the "Sync System" and we both have the same exact smart phones and his bluetooth system works perfectly in his truck!

I spent almost $30,000 on my car because I customized it. There is nothing that I did not order for my car (Except that it is NOT an EVO.) I wanted to be a safe driver and have the "hands free" bluetooth device and that was the FIRST thing I requested when ordering my car and from day ONE, the piece of SH*T has not even worked! NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE even knows what the problem is and/or how to fix it expect for telling me to "BUY" a new phone!

Problem: 1) Steering wheel bluetooth controls do not work. (ONLY volume works) 2) Touch screen navigation system (while searching for music) do not work very well and have a MAJOR delay in them whem touched to change a song. (Anywhere from 5-60 second delay) Maybe depending on the FREAKING weather outside? I dont know why this happens?

Any and ALL suggestions on how to fix this problem would be GREAT!!!!!!! Thank you :) PS: I AM NOT GOING TO BUY A NEW PHONE!!!!!
