The brakes became very stiff when trying to apply, abs alarm came on, had to use hand brake to finally come to a stop. Don't know why campaign no. 01v254001 did not cover repair since it covered defective accumulators on 2003 models with same problems. Also check engine light came on and has stayed on since its inception.
