Overall I have enjoyed the Outlander, it does have a few things that could be better but one is worse than the others. The biggest and most annoying issue I have had to date is the Bluetooth system. I cannot use it. It only plays out of one passenger side speaker and the volume is limited. I contacted Mitsubishi through the website and was told to contact the dealership. According to the dealership that is the way it is supposed to be. This is particularly annoying for somebody that does not have the most sensitive hearing. There is no way to play it through more than one speaker or use the driver side speaker. To talk on my phone I have to either have the volume all the way up, then go into the sound settings and max those out or I disable the Bluetooth and hold the phone the old-fashioned way. I do not consider either of these solutions to be acceptable. I will continue to see if Mitsubishi has any solutions but it doesn't look good.
