We bought it in April 2019 with 12K miles on it and we've taken it to the dealer 2 times where they do a reset and it starts working again. The last time the dealer diagnosed the battery and replaced it under warranty (Thans U). However, I thought this issue was going to go away but it's still happening. Very annoyed.
