FCM Front Collision Mitigation system failed to apply brakes in time, with no warning lights or audible alerts. My wife had a frontal crash impact and airbags did not deploy on our 2022 Outlander with less than 500 miles.

We contacted Mitsubishi of North America and had many conversations, many voice mails, and many emails with customer relations - which all fell on deaf ears. They said, they couldn't do anything... really? We also sent emails to Mitsubishi's Director of Service, John Phillips. What an empty suit, all he would respond with is, I'll send it to my CR dept. What a joke. That was his response.

We never heard back from Michael the Manager in the CR Dept., but he never provided his last name, or John Phillips the Service Director. Also Ronald Stach VP of Mitsubishi Motors of NA never responded to our email. Mitsubishi of America's support is abysmal, terrible, non-existent! John Phillips is a joke! No Support from Mitsubishi of America or Mitsubishi of Japan never answered emails! They simply don't care! I will NEVER Buy a Mitsubishi again!
