I fixed it then and it still was never completely fixed, came and went still to this day. Basically worked when it wanted to.

None of the A/C speeds worked except the highest setting. I don't know what caused it to break, but I was able to fix it by replacing the blower motor resistor. Somehow, the old resistor was broken in half. It's a pain to install as it is located on the very far end of the passenger side (near where the feet are). Hope to never go through that fix again.
