Well, my mother bought this car brand new in 2000. We never had any engine problems, wonderful car - other than the brakes. We have had nothing but problems out of the brakes. We've replaced the rotors, brake shoes, etc. Everything imaginable. And they keep getting worse. When you go to stop, instead of having a normal smooth stop, it shakes your hands on the steering wheel and makes a HORRIBLE grinding noise. We've even had pins inserted! Nothing has worked. This started about 3-5 years after we got the car. I put that it started in 2007, but I'm not exactly sure when. Here recently it's gotten worse, whenever you slow down, the whole car shakes and the Low Trac light comes on and it feels like your brake peddle is about to go through the firewall. Then, once it does that sometimes the Service Vehicle Soon light comes on and the Anti-Lock light comes on. I'm so fed up with the brakes on this car that I could scream!

If ANYONE has had this problem and has had it fixed, PLEASE reply to this if possible. Because, really, this car is a good car. They're definitely worth having except the brakes.
