All four hub cap were loose and did not fit any more. The dealer told the consumer to reported the problem to NHTSA. The consume feels that the integrity of the material used in manufacturing the hub caps is in question. The plastic clips that hold the retaining wire, which secures the hub cap onto the wheel, was brittle and broke when removing or replacing it. The consumer experienced this problem with the original hub caps and 2 used replacements.
