While backing out of garage on a 20% decline brakes in the vehicle failed to engage temporarily. Then, will suddenly engage to stop vehicle. Dealership could not reproduce this problem. Consumer stated that this problem occurred approximately 2 to 3 times daily. Vehicle has experienced brake problems since purchase, consumer states there has never been any problems with brakes while traveling forward, consumer states possible leak in vacuum unit.
