Both drivers and passengers front seats are too low, and even with the headrest extended, if the vehicle were to be rear ended there would be no support for the shoulders or head. The seat backs are too low to be considered safe.

The driver's seat will not lock in place, seat is able to move back and forth while driving. Dealer notified. The consumer states that he has kids that used the seat, and has no cooperation from the dealer. Per invoice, the vehicle is also experiencing the following; the service engine soon light is on for the throttle position sensor (stalls & surges)-needs to replace the egr valve, the coolant is leaking at the upper plenum, and the exhaust manifold is cracked.

This is a request to research the breakage of 2nd row and 3rd row seat backs. My special needs daughter repeatedly bangs her head on the upper part of the seat causing the metal frame of the seat back to break. Also. There is separation of the plastic sheet that serves as the cup holder and cosmetic cover when the seat is folded from the frame. This has happened on all 5 seats and GM replaced the seat backs under warranty 4 times (and I paid two $50 deductibles). Now all the seats are broken and trwo are unusable.
