Consumer states that the door opens while in motion, consumer received recall notice #01059 for passenger side power sliding door.

Power doors are intermittently locking up by themselves, dealer and manfucturer were notified. Consumer stated the problem has been checked 4 times and the dealer states that it is the consumers fault, the dealer reccomended to disconnect the lock mechanism.

Power sliding doors fail to remain open and will close with force unexpectedly. Dealership stated that vehicle was not affected by any recall, and can perform no service. Please provide any additional information / attachments.
