Airbag light came on, and cruise control/ horn were not working. Consumer replaced coil spring. Dealership will be be notified. Consumer states replacement of coil spring was $257

Speed control and horn stopped working at apprximately the same time. The air bag light came on at approximately the same time. No accident or anything else unusual occurred that would have caused these to malfunction.

Consumer was starting vehicle and noticed air bag light stayed on. Also, tried horn, and horn would not operate. Cruise control would not engage when she attempted this at 40 mph. Dealership informed her that this was due to a breaking in clockspring. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
