The car seat came with the vehicle and harness latch opened and closed intermittently. The consumers daughter was buckled into the built in car seat, and when it was time to get her out, the seat belt wouldn't extend out to release. The straps remained locked and will not release. Scc

Both integrated child safety seat straps would not unlatch. Needed to used a screw driver to unlatch harness straps. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that was not covered under a recall, and any repairs would be at consumer's cost. Asking NHTSA to look into this matter. Consumer has an integrated child safety seat in vehicle, and the child's hair got caught in it on numerous occasions. Consumer had to take child to the doctor because bunches of hair had been pulled out. Also, child safety restraint has been repaired 3 times because it would lock up. Manufacturer told consumer that it was nothing that they could do. They told the consumer to call here first and make a complaint.
