Diagnostic EVAC repair which I have not done - don't know if related to issues with car engaging to start. Randomly turn the key to engage starting but as if the key is not programed wait for awhile and it engages. It is not a battery issue unless there is a short in the battery. Mechanic thought perhaps the fuel system or ABS system is failing intermittingly.
