Almost 3 years after we purchased this GTO the seat back latches started sticking and then stopped working altogether. We rarely used the latches as it is just my wife and myself, but even trying to lift the seats forward to clean the back seats or vacuum the floor is impossible. This should be a recall because we can't use the back seat for passengers unless they can squeeze behind the seat to reach the back! It has been horrible and GM should cover this problem! The warranty did not cover this problem but most certainly should have. The back seats are useless to us in this car unless we can afford the hundreds of $$ it will take to fix it!
