KEY WON'T TURN. GMC DEALER SAYS IT'S THE IGNITION SWITCH. THAT THE CAR NEEDS A NEW STEERING COLUMN, KEY, IGNITION CYLINDER. I WAS TOLD THIS IS NOT A KNOWN PROBLEM AND THAT IT'S GOING TO COST AROUND 1400$ TO FIX. THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR SINCE 7/2/14...ITS NOW 7/15/14...AND I JUST GOT A CALL FROM PARTS DEPARTMENT SAYING THEY WON'T GET PARTS TILL NEXT MONTH TO FIX. MEANING MY CAR IS SITTING IN A PARKING LOT.
