The contact owns a 2006 Pontiac GTO. While parked, the vehicle failed to shift from the neutral position. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the clutch slave cylinder needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 33,000. The VIN was not available. MA 10/19/2015
