I am never notified regarding any recalls that have occurred as it relates to my vehicle. I happen to be having my car serviced and then find out that several months to years have pasted and there was a recall. Would like to know why? I am told my GM that you are responsible for these notifications to consumers. My vehicle is a 97, Pontiac Grand Am. Please advise.
