Have replaced the entire intake manifold on this car three times. 1999 Grand Am, purchased new, has less than 60,000 miles on it. In addition, have replaced power steering twice and brakes numerous times. Replaced alternator, serpentine belt, battery, starter on ignition, molding due to leaks, wiring on dash, air conditioning resistors/circuits, and headlights/taillights.

Windshield was not sealed properly...water leaked into fuse box...repaired many times under warranty and otherwise at local dealership...fuse box was never replaced...led to fire that burned interior totalling car.

Water getting into passenger side floorboard, and water running over fuse recepticle, causing headlights to intermittently come on without turning on the switch. Vehicle been in / out of dealer shop on seven occasions, and problem still has not been corrected. Provide any further information on this matter

A fuse keeps blowing, causing vehicle's dash and tail lights to go out. Engine check light comes on. Taken to dealer on 21 Dec 2000. Dealer replaced parking relay, left tail light. Circuit board was melted, and replaced it. On 27 Dec 2000, daytime running lights and dashlights were not working. Dealer replaced 15 amp park fuse that had blown and checked ground wire. On 2 Jan 2001, dash lights and brake lights were not working. Dealer replaced 15 amp fuse and ground wiring.

Horn was activated and did not go off. Was taken to dealer for check up on electrical system, and it was repaired. The dealer was unable to find where the horen was shorting. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer due to radio malfunctioning, dome light and ABS light comes on and das light blinks on and off. Steering squeaks due to loose steering rack. Cigarate lighter inoperative and replaced. Air bag was loose and replaced.

When traveling consumer noticed smoke coming from the front end. Contacted dealer, dealer noticed transmission coolant was very low. Consumer also experienced a problem with the turn signal being inoperative due to to a wire which was pinched.
