my 2000 grand am shuts down while driving? only happens once in a while or sometimes everyday?may drive for a week no problem? the other time it will shut down everyday with about half an hour drive or so with speed up to 80 kms or more, never have a problem driving around town at all? only highway driving? car shuts down? let it sit for a minute and will start right back up again? might shut down again the next day or maybe not? might drive again for a day or 2 or even a week before it happens again?replaced air flow sensor and crank sensor. seems like something is getting hot a shutting the engine down like a sensor or something cause it only takes a minute or so and it runs fine again till the next time it breaks down??? very confusing???
