2002 Pontiac Grand Am GT passlock fails and caused car not to start. Car not able to start until complete a 30 minute reset process. Could be very random, and therefore dangerous problem for GM car users. I have read countless similar complaints on the internet and think the GM and Pontiac should take immediate action before this systematic problems causes a tragedy.
