This is a seatbelt! It is a SAFETY system and should ALWAYS work! We did not damage it in any way, it just STOPPED working. NOW I have to pay to fix a safety feature that I am required to have operational or I cannot legally drive the car down the road! Not having an operational seat belt renders my car USELESS and I think the MANUFACTURER should PAY for complete replacement!
