While turning ignition switch on consumer noticed a noise. Soon after, air bag had deployed. Air bag deployed in consumers face, causing injury, consumer also states air bag hit the left side of the car very hard.

Vehicle was traveling about 35 mph and rear ended another vehicle. Upon impact, there was no deployment of front air bags. Radiator was smashed into the engine. Not sure if vehicle was totalled.

While at a stop vehicle proceeded forward, another vehicle coming at 30mph hit consumer's vehicle head on, and airbags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupants in this crash. Also, the ABS light came on.

On three different occasions vehicle was involved in a front end collision, airbag experienced no deployment during rather sufficant impact. However, on one incident not only did the airbag experience no deployment, but three of the four retractable frame pins collapsed, and the driver's seat broke (fell backwards), causing failure.
