basically the fluid didn't come out and there was fluid in the bottle. change the sole. in the fluid bottle. worked good after changing it.

Windshield wipers will not put fluid onto winshield and it sucks when 4 months out of the year you have to drive in snowy conditions and behind other vehicles that have mist/snow falling off of their cars/trucks and onto yours but you can't clean the winshield off.
