rocker panels rusting

The entire car was rotten from the ground up. You would slam the car door and rust would rain down on the ground.

I have a 2001 Grand Prix SE and it has been rusting very badly... the rocker panels are completely rusted out of it and you can stick your hand up in the rust holes... we had it completely sandblasted and professionally painted with rock guard only 1 year before this and now its rusted again.. its like the car is rusting from the inside out !
