The ignition will not turn off all the way when you pull the key out. Sometime it will and the next time not running the battery dead. Sometimes when you line the front tires perfectly straight you can pull them out.

About a month after I bought the car, this key would start having trouble turning in the cylinder! The key doesn't get stuck, and hasn't once. The problem is you have to sit there and jiggle with the igition repeatedly until it starts. Then it runs fine. No sercurity light, nothing. The low coolant light is also currently on. The sensor keeps getting blown. Grrrrr. Well I love this car. ITs fast, looks great, drives great, but the stupid ignition! Anyone else having these problems?

Like many others, my ignition gets stuck. The ignition will not go to the off position and the key is stuck. I have been restarting the car and pulling back and up again... this was the only way I've been able to get the key out of the ignition. I guess the button under the steering wheel will be my next 'try'. Also, I can pull the key out of the ignition while driving. This and the many electrical gremlins have me very frustrated with this car!! Thanks for the 'fix'. I hope it doesn't cause other problems.

Today i was cleaning my car and i turned the key upward to turn on my radio so i can listen to music, when i went to eat dinner i tried to take the key out, when to my surprise, it wouldn't turn all the way down but i could remove my key anyway. after stressing out over this problem the key finally turned all the way down and the key came out, once dinner was done i went to turn the car on and the ignition out not turn. the key will go in but that is it. not only can i not turn the car on, and i didnt even mind it having to be towed to my house buuuuttttt the windows are now stuck down since i can not turn my key to power my windows.

I have tried every solution i have seen so far but nothing has worked, i have shifted my car into every setting and tried it, i tried the button under the steering wheel, i tried wiggling the key up and down, nothing seems to work....please if anyone has a solution please let me know....you can e-mail me at jt0991@yahoo.com

Stupid annoying little problem that really pissed me off. Key got stuck when I got to work today. Took 30 min trying to get it out, finally just locked the door and left. My husband had a spare key so I could get back in. He looked at it, my dad looked at it, a mechanic looked at it and I finally found this website and fixed it myself. RECALL PLEASE!
