Today my daughter left for school as usual. She parked her car and went inside to class. Fifteen minutes later a student came in and told her that her car was on fire! The fire department showed up and put it out. Thank God no one was hurt, however it was one of those moments that could have been on the 6 o'clock news! I never received a notice of a recall for possible fire from Pontiac. I know that '97 - '03 are the ones that were recalled for this issue. They might consider the '04 models. The reason for the fire is not yet determined but I will report back as soon as I know!
