Cruise control fails to engage or exhibits a delayed engagement. Setting cruise control on one speed and sometimes engages on a speed 5mph lower or fails to engage at all.

Position of the cruise control lever makes it easy to accidentally disengage. When using the decel feature to reduce speed by 1 mph, can unknowingly move the level rearward slightly, causing cruise to disengage.
