: the contact stated while backing the vehicle up in a driveway, the steering wheel became difficult to turn. There was a very loud clunking noise and the steering wheel would turn but the tires would not. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was determined the bolt on the driver's side that holds the steering rod to the steering sector under the vehicle fell off. There were no problems with the vehicle prior to the incident. The vehicle is awaiting repairs.
