Purchased new 2007 Pontiac Solstice 11/06. 3/12 driving West bound and trunk flies open - no warning light on dashboard. Took car to dealership on 3/13 for an accessory to be installed. Dealership called on 3/14 and said trunk was bent, scratched and damaged. Was not the case when I turned in the car on 3/13. Played phone tag the remainder of the week. Dealership informed me on 3/19 that the trunk opening and damage to trunk was my fault and they will not fix under warranty, contact insurance company. Car is still not fixed as of 3/21.
