I had this car for 6 years and for the last 3 years the engine would stall unexpectedly while driving. Usually it would start right back up, but a couple of times I had to wait a couple of hours before it would start. The strangest thing was it would only do it during the summer months. The remainder of the year it ran perfectly. I had the car in numerous shops and no one ever was able to fix the problem and it was so random that usually the mechanic couldn't duplicate the problem. Even when I finally got it somewhere and the mechanic had the same problem, they couldn't figure it out. Gas pressure was perfect and no engine codes. We replaced the gas filter (the gas pump had great pressure), the ignition control module, the battery, the relays and re-set the computer twice (I'm sure that's not the correct terminology). Nothing worked so I finally got rid of the car before it got us killed dying in the middle of traffic.

17 years in a body shop and mechanic, changed pcm, iac, iat, crank sensor,o2 sensor, hinge roller on left door and then the freakin led died in the disc player. If i take it to a dealer they won't drive it long enough to duplicate the issue.
