this problem has occurred on three occasions previously. Each time it has been corrected under and extended warranty. The sad part of this is that the 1st two times it was covered under the factory warranty although the charged me $300 to "flash the computer" with the last occasion the it was covered under the extended warranty and they reduced the flashing to $150. They say that this procedure is required for the throttle body to work correctly. Can't understand why the part is covered but not what is required to get it to work properly. It occurred today for the 4th time since purchasing the vehicle new in 2007. My Torrent has 128K but aside from this not many other problems, i as going to have to take it to get fixed again today. The dealer has no explanation as to why it is continuing to occur but to keep on driving it I will have to pay

I started having this problem with my Suv 3 months age and it's getting worse I've tried everything to figure out this problem I thought at first that maybe that I had gotten hold to some bad gas but, that is not the case. It turns out the it's something going on the sensors on this truck. It doesn't make any sense at all what this suv is doing, the Service stability traction light comes then about 5 to 10 mins. later the check engine light comes on and then it goes to running rough jerking like it's not getting enough gas or something you better not!!!!! stop at an red light it really gets running bad for really then. Is anyone else having this problem?
