Using the auto start feature to warm up the car in the winter and sometimes the defrost comes on and other times it doesn't. Of course when I take it into the dealer it always comes on, so they tell me nothing is wrong. It sucks in the cold winter months when you want to warm up the car and melt the ice on the windows and you have to run out and put the key in to get the heating system to come on.
