car does not start somebody has done work to it but the problem is the same as before its the same problem as the other complaint of the same year amd make

Trans Am

  • 140,000 miles

Quit running all of a sudden. Water pump leaked all over distributor. Turns over but will not start. Compression okay. Fuel in the fuel rail. Will not start using starting fluid.

Diesels after trying to start. Pulled off timing cover and checked timing chain and gears. Replaced distributor, replaced water pump, replaced coil.
