when rpm drops below 1000 ; car makes a vibration sound

I bought a new(35 miles) 2014 Cayenne -Platinum Edition. Within a week of its purchase, I started noticing this annoying vibration sound when rpm drops below 1000. I took it to the dealership, at first they dint notice it. I had to leave my car overnight(to make sure car is cold to notice the sound). After a week of going back and forth over the phone about the issue, they try to convince me saying "Its a normal sound, which comes from every Cayenne." The service dept also happens to mention that he would need the loaner asap because there is no issue with my car.

I did my research online to find no sound issues being reported. The only thing left with me was to notice the "normal sound" in other new Cayenne at dealership. I go back there, we check out 2 new Cayenne, and results were surprisingly no sound issue. They took the sound recording and said they will sent it Porsche head office to get better idea about the problem.

After a week I follow up, their service director was out on sick leave and asked me to drop my car again. At present, I am driving a loaner(Cayenne which has no such sound ). Within a month of purchase, I have visited dealership at least 4 times; and my car is still at the dealership.

Should I contact Porsche Germany with this issue or should I pursue a legal action asking the dealership to swap the car ?
