PCM takes over a minute to finish loading on starting the car (after PCM is fully turned off). This means even the saved Favorites Nav destinations are not available for a minute, and CarPlay isn't recognized until a minute later. This is very annoying as you have to wait that long before being able to select a destination for the Navigation and listen to music from your iPhone.

I brought the car in to the Porsche service center, and they agreed the PCM is taking a very long time to load, but they also claimed that all the Cayenne Coupes 2020 had the same issue (non Coupe Cayennes do not have this issue). They said there is not fix or updates for the PCM at this time.
