Ignition switch is hard to turn, I have to turn the steering wheel to the left really hard to get the switch to turn the car on. This has been happen to me several times since I had the car since 2005. I thought that maybe there would be a recall on this problem and I would like to mention the shaking of the transmission and I did take it to the dealer because of the recall I received but it started back shortly afterwards the "so called repair was done. I noticed that the shaking, rattling and loud vibration from the transmission was when driving at a high speed and having to slow down to 40 or slower this is when it would happen and now it happens all the time. I have also noticed that when the motor is being turned off and on lately there is a sound of shaking and rattling like something is loose.

The ignition switch stopped working with the factory key. The key would get jammed in the ignition and not turn on and jiggling it would turn ignition on. Good car but the ignition should not be messing up.

#1. ignition switch failure. Key gets stuck in ignition switch, causing the key to not be able to be turned or to be removed. #2. steering is vague and hard to keep pointed in one direction, possibly due to the use of electronic steering. Also; the car sways profoundly over uneven surfaces, due to the suspension design. This lack of suspension design integrity, coupled with the use of electronic steering causes the vehicle to operate in an unsafe manner, (causing the vehicle to meander from side to side, often into other lanes of traffic, unless the driver is constantly correcting the steering input). Please help to force Saturn to recall these vehicles for the safety of the public! please note that I have driven other Saturn Vue's, and they all seem to behave the same way. Thank you!
