2007 Scion Tc standard automatic. The RPM will decrease by about 2 numbers randomly while driving. Speed does not seem to be a factor. Happens about every other day. This in turn causes my car to slow down when I do not want it to. Is an issue when I am driving on the interstate in heavy traffic.
