We bought it with about 80,000 miles, and apparently the clutch wasn't in great condition when we bought it. I'm not sure if the previous owners were rough on it or if it is the car. We had it for about half a year before we noticed loose shifting and the mechanic said that the clutch had slipped and that it needed to be replaced.
