Crosstrek Limited PZEV 2.0i

Happened while touring friends around town. Bought this car because it had such high safety ratings and reliability. What a crock!!! If I had been driving on the highway, we could have easily got into an accident. When I contacted the dealership they said they couldn't see it until 6 weeks!!!! I couldn't wait without a car, so I took it into them anyway. The next day I get a call saying the transmission was the problem (no duh) and that they would give me a loaner. Had I listened to them and waited 6 weeks to take my car in, I would have been without a car for 6 weeks! Seriously, do not wait if you have this problem, take it in and let them store it, Call them every day so they could at least look at it, and if it's covered under warranty, give you a loaner car as soon as it's diagnosed. Remember, the SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS GREASED!
