I'm a female that have been taken advantage of. Who has ever heard of an ESC traxtion device going bad on a car. This device came directly from the factory. The car only has had one owner. I purchased this car brand new and has had nothing but problems. I strongly feel the company needs to reimburse my money and own up to what they know is right. I never used this device because there is no snow in Florida and it seldom rains here.
