I bought this car used from a VW dealer a week ago, and it was pretty cold that day. When we test drove the car I was impressed with all the features so I didn’t notice them all. When we got the car home from the dealership, I discovered in the infotainment screen that there was a touchscreen button for a heated steering wheel. I tapped it, and it looked like it was turned on, but after a couple seconds it turned off. The steering wheel did not get warm, so I assume that the feature isn’t working.
