I had my car for roughly 2.5 years when I was driving down the road and the electrical panel on my car started blinking in and out and making noises. I was able to make it to the dealership a few miles away after traveling slowly on back roads. The entire panel was "fried" and had to be replaced. There was no explanation given to me about how it happened other than, "sometimes these things happen." I bought my car brand new.
