The contact owns a 2015 Volkswagen Cc. The contact stated that the glass panel between the windscreen and the sun roof was cracked. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that they could not assist. The contact was referred to NHTSA to file a complaint. Hudson valley Volkswagen (1148 U.S. 9, wappingers falls, NY 12590, (845) 250-3875) stated that there was no recall or warranty and could not assist; although, the vehicle was just purchased from them a week earlier. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 31,000.
