The contact owns a 2000 Volkswagen Eurovan. The contact stated that the metal bracket, which holds the luggage rack onto the vehicle, was rusted. The manufacturer was notified and stated that it was caused by the weather. The current mileage was 90,000 and failure mileage was 30,000. Updated 10/18/07
