My first VW and my first EV. I thought the pedal was squeaking as it was cold (winter) and I had bought the car in summer (july) but technician checked it out and said the booster was making the squeaking noise and it was common enough issue to require replacement, I don't remember if it was a service bulletin or a recall. Covered fully under warranty.
