EV batteries came defective from factory, would not drive.
Our ID BUZZ stopped working with just 900 mile, after being towed to the dealership on 2/28/2026 and sitting for about a week and another week of testing/diagnostics it was determined that the car had two defective EV battery modules, its now 5/21/2026 and the replacement parts have still not arrived! VW is a horrible company to work with not only are they terrible at sourcing parts for repairs within an acceptable time frame, they would not offer rental reimbursements or a similar loaner throughout all these months that the car has sat at the dealership. Will never buy another VW product again.
